Return and Refund Policy – Arogion LifeP

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with intact seals.
  • Food products (oils, flours) are non-returnable once seal is broken due to hygiene reasons.
  • Defective/damaged/wrong item: Return accepted with photo proof.

2. Return Process

  • Email care@arogionlifep.com within 7 days with order number and reason/photos.
  • We will provide return instructions and pickup (if applicable).
  • Customer pays return shipping unless faulty/wrong item (we reimburse).

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after receiving returned item.
  • Refund to original payment method (minus shipping/discounts if applicable).
  • COD orders: Bank transfer or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used food products
  • Personalized/custom items (if any)

5. Cancellation Pre-dispatch cancellations possible — contact us immediately. Post-dispatch: Treated as return.
