Return and Refund Policy – Arogion LifeP
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with intact seals.
- Food products (oils, flours) are non-returnable once seal is broken due to hygiene reasons.
- Defective/damaged/wrong item: Return accepted with photo proof.
2. Return Process
- Email care@arogionlifep.com within 7 days with order number and reason/photos.
- We will provide return instructions and pickup (if applicable).
- Customer pays return shipping unless faulty/wrong item (we reimburse).
3. Refunds
- Processed within 7–10 business days after receiving returned item.
- Refund to original payment method (minus shipping/discounts if applicable).
- COD orders: Bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used food products
- Personalized/custom items (if any)
5. Cancellation Pre-dispatch cancellations possible — contact us immediately. Post-dispatch: Treated as return.
